JUGOBAR, jugobar.com & La Misticanza, 3 Startups focused on healthy eating, we offer a menu of healthy dishes, all created with the best ingredients, we produce and distribute organic, gluten-free, Non-GMO products.

La Misticanza began to take its first steps in 2010 participating every Saturday for 3 years at Kilometro Cero, a local farmers market at Avenue Escazu. In 2013, the first La Misticanza location opened in a small space in Lindora, Santa Ana, a year later in 2014 La Misticanza moved to its current location in City Place, Building B, Santa Ana, San Jose.

On June 1, 2024, the second La Misticanza location opens in Edificio Centro, Parque Tempisque, Cominidad, Guanacaste.

JUGOBAR emerged as an impulse of culinary creativity becoming the La Misticanza Restaurant.
